Introduction Suswaadu Express, a venture of Suswaadu Banglaar Bazaar, runs this platform. Accessing our services means you agree to these terms.

Personal Information As part of the registration process on the Site, Suswaadu Express may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) and information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.

Eligibility Service is restricted to certain areas in Bangalore and competent individuals as defined by the Indian Contract Act.

License and Site Access We grant a limited license for personal use of our site, excluding commercial exploitation without our explicit permission.

Account Registration Users must provide accurate information for transactional purposes and consent to receive promotional communications, which can be opted out of.

Pricing and Payments Products are sold at MRP unless stated otherwise, with prices fixed at the time of ordering. Changes in prices will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Suswaadu Express is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Order Cancellation and Returns Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. Suswaadu Express does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the Suswaadu Express, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

User Agreement Users must ensure delivery information accuracy and use the site lawfully. Suswaadu Express reserves the right to verify user information and modify terms with continued use post-modification implying acceptance.

Jurisdiction Disputes are subject to Indian law, with Bangalore courts holding jurisdiction.
