Delivery Policy

• We would like to thank you for understanding our refund policies. The refund policies here described apply to orders for which payment has been made to Les Tartelettes, a brand of Sustainable Network Hub FZC-LLC company.
• Ensuring timely delivery and the quality of our items is paramount, Les Tartelettes pastries are perishable, hence we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any of the food items.
• We spend a great amount of time understanding our customers' orders, if any particular requirements deem an order unfeasible, we reserve the right to decline it.
• If a customer needs to reschedule an order, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. To be able to fulfill their request, we need a 24 hour notice. We will strive to meet the given deadline, however it is dependent on resource availability and our schedule; thus no guarantee can be made. It is possible that an accommodation from the customer may be necessary in order for us to accommodate their request.
